When will my order ship?

Stock orders received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, shipping UPS Ground are shipped same day. We will notify you by email when your order has shipped.

Shipping times for custom or imprinted products vary, although most ship within 15 business days. Please Contact Us for more information.

How are shipping charges calculated?

FREE Freight on all Staples Industrial(sm) orders over $250. $15 Flat rate for all other orders. Excludes expedited shipping charges.

Most of our products are sent via UPS Ground service. Any individual item weighing over 50 lbs or any complete order weighing over 150 lbs may ship by truck.

What is your return policy?

You must be 100% satisfied with any order from Staples Industrial / Chiswick.com. Otherwise, return it within 30 days for a refund, replacement or merchandise credit. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (888) 280-2228 to arrange for a return.

Do you have a minimum order?

We have no minimum dollar amount for orders placed online. Some items may have minimum quantity requirements. Minimums may also apply for sale items and custom products.

Can I order Custom Sizes and Quantities?

Custom packaging is our specialty. We have access to many product sizes that don't appear online or in our catalog. We also offer special pricing on large quantities for many of our products. How does Staples Industrial’s price–match guarantee work?

If you find a lower price anywhere else on a new identical item, just show us the lower price when you buy the item at Staples Industrial and we will match the price, or within 14 days of your Staples Industrial purchase and we will give you the difference.

Which items does Staples Industrial price match?

Almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, including model number, components and U.S. warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify.

Which items and services aren’t available for price match?

We don’t price match our third-party providers’ products and services (e.g., custom printing), items sold on auction sites or at local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales). We don’t price match taxes and typographical errors.

How do Staples Industrial coupons and rebates contribute to the Staples Industrial price?

When calculating a price match, we’ll deduct any available Staples Industrial coupons, Staples Industrial Rebates (instant, easy or mail–in) and manufacturer rebates from the Staples Industrial price to arrive at a net price. For example, if you buy an item from us for $100 and we offer a $20 instant rebate, the net price is $80. If another company’s price is $80 or more, we will not match the price. Another example: if you buy an item from us for $159 and you have a $30 coupon, the net price is $129. If another company’s price is $125, your price match would be $4.

Will Staples Industrial match another company’s price when combined with an instant rebate, mail–in rebate, gift check or gift card, or free or discounted item?

We’ll match another company’s final price after deducting an instant rebate. If another company offers a product that comes with a mail–in rebate, gift check, gift card or an equivalent, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the mail–in rebate, gift check, gift card or equivalent into account. If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and Staples Industrial does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the free or discounted item into account.

Are delivery charges included in the price match?

Yes. When we compare our price to another company's delivery price, the equivalent delivery charges will be included.

Are quantities limited on price–matched products?

We may limit the quantities of price–matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.
